This website is owned and operated by SUROTHIYA FABRICS, a registered entity incorporated in India.
References to "we", "us" and "our" mean SUROTHIYA FABRICS. References to "you" mean the person placing the order. By using this site or placing an order you accept these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are buying children's clothing, you are doing so as an adult on a child's behalf. We deliver within India only.
We describe every product as accurately as we can, including its fabric, pattern and the size run supplied by the maker. Sizes shown on a product page are read from that garment's own size chart; where no chart is supplied we show the standard run for the category and say so.
Colours can vary between screens, and garment measurements carry a normal manufacturing tolerance of up to half an inch. Neither is treated as a defect. Where a listed product turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will tell you and refund in full.
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST. The final payable amount, with any discount applied, is shown in full before you confirm the order — there is no charge added after that point. A GST invoice is issued for every order under GSTIN 23OTGPS4107H1ZG.
We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order that has already been placed. If a price is displayed incorrectly because of an obvious error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full rather than supply at the wrong price.
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order and dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order where the item is out of stock, where the delivery address is not serviceable, where a pricing error has occurred, or where we reasonably suspect fraudulent or abusive use of the site. In every such case, any amount already paid is refunded in full.
We accept UPI through our payment gateway, and cash on delivery. Card, UPI and banking credentials are handled entirely by the gateway and are never stored by us. For prepaid orders, dispatch follows successful payment confirmation. Where a payment is debited but not confirmed to us, the bank reverses it automatically, usually within 3 to 5 business days.
Cash on delivery is available on serviceable pincodes and carries no extra charge. The exact amount shown on the parcel must be paid to the courier at the point of delivery. Repeated refusal to accept cash-on-delivery parcels may lead us to restrict the option on future orders from the same address or mobile number.
Shipping is free on every order, anywhere in India, with no minimum spend. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed, and delivery typically takes 5 to 9 business days depending on the destination pincode. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees; delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes or other events outside our control do not amount to a breach of these terms. You may cancel any order before it is dispatched for a full refund. After delivery, unworn and unwashed items with their original tags may be returned within 7 days. Refund timelines and the list of items that cannot be returned are set out in the refund & cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.
You agree not to use this site to place fraudulent or fictitious orders, to interfere with its operation, to attempt unauthorised access to any system, or to copy its content for commercial use. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe any of this is happening.
The name SUROTHIYA FABRICS, the site design, its text, photographs and layout belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use. Any other reproduction, distribution or commercial use requires our written permission.
We sell clothing and related accessories only. We do not sell, and this site may not be used to trade in, any goods restricted or prohibited under Indian law, including drugs, weapons, tobacco, alcohol, lottery products, counterfeit goods or adult content.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement. Subject to that, our total liability in relation to any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Complaints should first be raised through the contact page. If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, our grievance officer's contact details and postal address are published on the grievance redressal page, in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the IT Rules, 2021.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Madhya Pradesh.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the moment you place an order is the version that governs that order. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
