Shipping is free on every order, anywhere in India, with no minimum spend. There is no packing charge, no handling charge and no cash-on-delivery fee. The total shown before you confirm the order is the whole amount payable.
Orders placed on a working day before 6pm IST are dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed after that, or on a Sunday or public holiday, are dispatched on the next working day. You receive the courier name and AWB number by email as soon as the parcel leaves us.
Timelines below are counted from dispatch, not from when the order was placed.

These are estimates given in good faith, not guarantees. Delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes, local restrictions or other events outside our control do not amount to a breach of contract, though we will always help you chase a delayed parcel.
We deliver to serviceable pincodes across India through our courier partners. The checkout validates your pincode against the state you select and flags a mismatch before you pay, which catches most typing errors.
If a pincode turns out to be unserviceable after an order is placed, we contact you within one working day and either arrange delivery to an alternative address or cancel and refund the order in full.
Use the track order page with the reference from your confirmation email. The courier name, AWB number and a direct tracking link appear there once the parcel is scanned in, usually within 24 hours of dispatch.
Couriers generally make up to three delivery attempts. Please keep the mobile number you entered at checkout reachable — most failed deliveries are simply unanswered calls. If all attempts fail, the parcel returns to us and we refund the order in full for prepaid orders, minus nothing.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please check the parcel at the point of delivery where the courier allows it, and report anything damaged, opened or wrong within 48 hours with a photograph.
We can change a delivery address only before dispatch. Write to us the same day with the order reference and the corrected address. After dispatch, the address is with the courier and cannot be altered.
We deliver within India only. We do not currently ship outside the country.
