Go by the age range shown on the product, then check it against the chest and length measurements on the size guide. Indian age sizing varies between makers, so a measurement from a garment your child already wears is far more reliable than the age on the label. If a child sits between two ranges, take the larger one — cotton shrinks slightly on the first wash and children do not shrink at all.

Take the larger size. Our cuts sit close through the body, and cotton loses a little in the first wash. For trousers, order by measured waist rather than by the size you usually wear off a shelf — the full chart is on the size guide.

Accessories such as socks, caps, belts and bags do not carry a garment size run, so no size selector appears. If a clothing item shows no sizes, it is likely out of stock in every size — write to us and we will tell you when it is back.

Nothing. Shipping is free on every order anywhere in India, with no minimum spend. There is no packing charge, no handling charge and no cash-on-delivery fee. The price on the product card is the price you pay.

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed (next working day for orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday). After dispatch:

• Metro cities — 3 to 5 business days
• Other cities and towns — 5 to 7 business days
• Remote and hill pincodes — 7 to 9 business days

We ship to serviceable pincodes across India through our courier partners. The checkout checks your pincode against the state you select and flags it before you pay. If a pincode turns out to be unserviceable after the order is placed, we contact you and refund in full.

Use the track order page with the reference from your confirmation email. Once the parcel ships, the courier name and AWB number appear there along with a direct tracking link, usually within 24 hours of dispatch.

Seven days from delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with the original tags attached and in their original packaging. Raise the request through contact us with your order reference, and we will arrange a pickup where the pincode allows or share a return address where it does not. Once the returned item reaches us and passes a quality check, the refund is initiated within 2 business days and reaches the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. For cash-on-delivery orders we refund to a bank account you provide. Cancellations before dispatch are refunded in full.

Yes, within the same seven-day window and subject to the replacement size being in stock. Write to us with the order reference and the size you need. If the size has sold out we refund instead.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery, items returned without their tags, and innerwear or socks, which cannot be returned once the pack is opened for hygiene reasons. A garment that arrives damaged or is the wrong item is always our problem — send a photograph within 48 hours and we will replace or refund it.

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, and wash separately for the first two washes so colour does not transfer. No bleach. Line dry in shade — direct Indian sun is what fades cotton fastest. Iron on the reverse, and always on the reverse over a print. Denim: wash inside out, cold, and as rarely as you can bear, which is what keeps the fade honest. UPI through any app — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM and others — processed by our payment gateway, and cash on delivery. We never see or store your card or UPI credentials.

Yes. Every price shown is inclusive of GST, and the GST component is itemised in the order summary at checkout and on your invoice. Our GSTIN is 23OTGPS4107H1ZG.

Failed transactions are reversed automatically by the bank, usually within 3 to 5 business days. If it has been longer, write to us with the UPI reference number and the order reference and we will chase it with the gateway on your behalf.

We sell online only. The address published in our footer is the registered office, not a retail counter, so please do not travel there expecting to shop.

Yes. We take bulk orders on both the men's and boys' ranges — school and institutional uniform runs, retail stock for a shop, corporate gifting and event orders. Write to support@surothiyafabrics.com with the styles, the size breakdown you need and the quantity per size, and we will come back with pricing, lead time and whether a size run can be supplied to your measurements.

Bulk pricing generally starts around 50 pieces per style, though it depends on the cloth and the size spread. Below that, the storefront price applies and you are welcome to order as many as you like through the normal checkout.

Yes. Send us your business name and GSTIN with the order reference and we will issue a GST invoice against it. For bulk enquiries, share the GSTIN with your first email and the quote will be raised correctly from the start.
